Established in 1982, this print shop, though small, has survived through all these years and has provided a living under a pleasant working environment. Now, after thirty years of being sole proprietor, with all the freedoms and amenities of self employment, the owner decided to retire.

Ryobi 2800 CD offset press which can print business cards to 11X17 posters. Registry is tight enough for full-color process w/chain delivery.

Rollem 2-Head numbering machine which perforates and scores. Has compressor attachment allows air fed sheets.

A Power Cutter powered by a Roto-Con 3hp 3 phase converter to spark 220 watts of electrical amps.

A fully equipped dark room featuring a Repromaster 2200 camera.

Light Table and NuArc Plate maker,

paper drill,

excess paper stock, ink, etc.

All furniture will be left behind, tables, chairs.

The office is convenient with shelving, desk, computer, refrigerator and microwave.
